		<description>You are describing an allergic reaction not an intolerance with the runny nose, watery eyes etc.  My advice it to wait 3 or 4 days and then try the alpen again just like this morning.  If you get the same reaction, you should look at the ingredients, wait another few days and eat something with just one of the main ingredients in it and keep doing it until you find out which one you are reacting to.
