Low carb is not necessarily gluten free. GF also includes barley, malt, rye…lot’s more than just wheat..

I have some well …
I have some well most of the symptoms of celiac disease… Is there a difference between being gluten sensitive and celiac? I recently was on a low carb diet, would it be considered gluten free to go back to my low carb diet? If anyone can help me PLEASE let me know. I will mention this to my doctor but in the meantime I was just curious as to how to go about trying to be gluten free for a while as a sort of test.
