		<description>When I had the test, I was told to eat normally.  If you avoid all gluten (wheat and other grains), then the test might not be as accurate because the allergic reaction being looked for will be lessened.

Good luck - gluten allergies suck (mostly at first, but it gets easier to deal with after a while)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;personal experience</description>
