What can I do to make the cheesecake without wheat?

substitute a gluten free cookie instead of graham cracker. Maybe a Nilla Wafer type cookie.

Make the crust out of crushed almonds, melted butter and sugar. Equally delicious

I’ve heard you can buy gluten free animal crackers which work just as well when crushed up. Or you can also use oreos (not sure if those are gluten free or not, but check!). I would even look into things like baby cookies, they might be gluten free. Hope that helps!

The almonds sound the best to me but crushed rice cereal could work too.

Gluten free oatmeal ( uncooked ) Or Granola Basically any of his dry cereal products will work with butter and a bit of sugar and you are back in business.
