I am allergic to WHITE FLOUR products as well, whenever I eat white pasta, white bread, or anything made of white flour I tend to develop so much of Phlegm and also I start coughing a lot. When I stay away from white flour products I don't cough at all.

no. what you have is corn and wheat allergies. whole grain is whole wheat. i am also allergic to wheat and corn. get off of everything corn and wheat for two weeks. keep a food dairy. write down everything that goes in your moth. you must learn to read food labels becaust wheat is dextrose. wheat is in coke. maltodextrine is corn. you need this book the egg free, milk free,wheat free, cookbook by becky hamrick and s.l. wiesenfeld m.d. check at your local library to see what they have. always check out the library first. carol fenster is another good author to look into. if you like the books at the library or they help you, then look into finding your own copies. my e mail address is whiteharleytrike@yahoo.com i have a list of books. let me know if you need help.
