Gluten free bread rolls, vegan burgers and homemade chips (french fries) (Part 2)

Learn how to make a complete meal – gluten free bread rolls burger buns, vegan burgers and homemade crinkle cut oven chips – french fries. The recipes are quick and easy to follow and make. Great comfort food. Bread recipe in cups… 4 cups gluten free flour and 1 and 5/8th of water. Hope that helps.

I have perfected a better recipe for veggie burgers now.

Lentil Burgers

500g brown lentils
water
1 large onion or 1 leek
Boil up in a pan for roughly 1 hr
When all the water has evaporated
Add 5 tablespoons (maybe more)
When mixture is cool shape into balls, nuggets or burger.
Fry for 5 mins on each side in a non stick with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
