I love this recipe, it’s gluten free oatmeal crackers.
NOTE: COMMERICAL OATMEAL HAS GLUTEN ADDED!
Use organic rolled oats that are gluten free.
MIX: 2 CUPS GLUTEN FREE ROLLED OATS
2 CUPS BOILING PURIFIED WATER
PUT IN STAINLESS STEEL SAUCE PAN
PUT ON HEAT AND BRING TO A BOIL, ABOUT 1 MINUTE
OATMEAL WILL THICKEN. THEN ADD 1 TBLS. ORGANIC FLAX SEED OIL.
PREHEAT OVEN OR NON-STICK GRIDDLE TO: 250 DEGREES
POUR BATTER ONTO HOT GRIDDLE OR ONTO RECTANGLE BAKING PAN.
BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES UNTIL THE SIDES ROLL UP, AND YOU CAN EASILY SLID THE OATMEAL CRACKER ON THE SURFACE. FLIP THE LARGE CRACKER OVER AND CONTINUE TO DRY. IT TAKES ABOUT 1 HOUR. I USE IT FOR PIZZA AND DIPPING. MAKES ABOUT 18 2X2 INCH CRACKERS. CALORIES 13 PER CRACKER.
