Sprouted Buckwheat
Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
Soaked Pumpkin Seeds
Linseeds (Flax seeds)
Chia seeds (optional)
Organic coconut
Soaked almonds – chopped
1/4 – 1/2 cup coconut oil
honey (raw and organic)
1 – 2 teaspoons organic pure vanilla extract
1 – 2 teaspoons organic sea salt

Mix all together and dehydrate approx 40 Degrees C for 8 – 12 hours.
