I have perfected a better recipe for veggie burgers now.
Lentil Burgers
500g brown lentils
water
1 large onion or 1 leek
Boil up in a pan for roughly 1 hr
When all the water has evaporated
Add 5 tablespoons (maybe more)
When mixture is cool shape into balls, nuggets or burger.
Fry for 5 mins on each side in a non stick with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Recipe is gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and egg free. RECIPE FOR BREAD IN CUPS, use 4 cups rice flour and 1 and 5/8th of water.
Testing out gluten-free bread rolls from Asda. They are made without the usual wheat flour. They are okay, except that they tend to disintegrate upon touching them, so you cannot treat them like normal bread, and they would probably turn a toaster into an incendiary device. They also have an oily linseed flavor.
