What gluten free condiments can I still enjoy, sauces and such.?

I think i have to avoid soy sauce, teryiaki sauce. Ketchup is ok, any other ones that are tasty but gluten free?

lots you can enjoy, make your own using mayo as a base, add cajun spice to mayo it makes a great dip, cumin to mayo, star anise to mayo for an asian style dip, sesame oil to mayo, lemon zest to mayo, possibilities are endless!!
