DigInfo – http://movie.diginfo.tv – Wheat flour allergies can make life very hard since it is such a common ingredient. So Gunma Farine developed their Riz Farine which is a flour substitute made of rice intended for sweets. Thus people that are allergic to flour can enjoy cakes and breads once again.
The Riz Farine can completely replace flour in a recipe without affecting the flavor or texture. It can be used to make cakes, pastries, and many other products.

Are there any pills of natural suppliments that you can take for wheat allergy? As I’m finding it really hard to follow a wheat free diet as it seems to be in everything!!
Your best bet for finding herbs that treat gluten or other allergies is Chinese or Ayurvedic medicine.

Although I think the most effective treatment for it is diet. Many cultures have rice based diets. Stir fry, and beans and rice offer a lot of variations. Mexican, Chinese and Indian food offer a lot of tasty gluten free options.
A big part of the problem with gluten intolerance is that the wheat on the market these days is genetically engineered and has up to 95% more gluten than organic wheat. If you buy organic wheat flour and make your own baked goods it may help with the gluten intolerance.
Also be sure that you are getting enough natural fiber in your diet from whole grains, fruits and vegetables. White flour has the fiber removed. The word gluten is latin for "glue". People used to make paste from white flour and water. (It’s great for putting up wallpaper.) When you eat too much glue it gums up your insides and causes problems. Fiber can help to scrub away the excess glue and reverse the problem.

I have a friend who is now able to eat whole wheat products and even indulge in occasional white flour since changing her diet to a more natural old fashioned one. We have not evolved to digest the modern prepared food diet. Factory food is made for profits, not health and rarely resembles the real food that it mimics.
I know that it is difficult to find anything healthy to eat without preparing all of your own food, but the health payoff is so worth it. Once I started eating healthy I had more energy and was able to find the time to cook my own food.
There are more and more gluten free products catering to people with wheat allergies. There are also a ton of recipes and resources. You may want to cross reference celiac disease since it is also caused by gluten sensitivity.
Here’s a gluten free celiac forum to get you started.

If you suffer from Celiacs disease or can’t eat wheat for whatever reason, you are going to love this bread. It smells just like white bread and has a texture similar to an English muffin. It’s a nice change from the store bought rice bread. I love to eat it toasted with peanut butter.
